The Palestinian Authority Chief has cast doubt on the feasibility of the US plan to reach a peace agreement with Israel by the end of 2008. At a meeting in Cairo with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak on Saturday, Mahmoud Abbas reiterated that there was no certainty that the two sides come to an agreement by the end of the year
