Iran, EU working toward fresh talks

Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki told reporters on Tuesday that the main issue at present is how to initiate a fresh round of talks with the five permanent members of the UN Security Council and Germany. Mottaki said that the resumption of talks was put forward during the Geneva talks despite attempts to hinder further negotiations.
