Shawky jubilant over Egypt first qualifier win

Egypt assistant coach Shawky Garib said he’s jubilant about the Pharaohs’ precious 2-1 victory over the Democratic Republic of Congo in their first world cup qualifier on Sunday. “It was a tough game. Congo is the strongest team in our group, but we snatched a hard-earned win in spite of the absence of many key players” Garib told Modern Sports.
